GIANTS INVINCIBLE is a physical performance, commissioned for a 5'x5' (150x150cm) size square.
Petar Miloshevski’s “love letter” to Atlanta is an intricate and powerful performance piece, blending emotional depth with bold artistic choices. His reflection on heartbreak, divine moments, and the ups and downs of living in his new habitat reveals an exploration of human experience in all its complexity.
The concept of intertwining these reflections with a witty soundscape adds an interesting dimension, allowing the music or sounds to mirror the emotions and themes he’s exploring. The “vividly crafted costume” along with the physical and visual elements of the performance serve as a canvas for emotional expression—a metaphorical embodiment of the transformation one undergoes through both personal struggles and moments of grace.
Petar’s piece evokes strong reaction from the audience, compelling them to reconsider how even the smallest actions can have massive ripple effects on their lives. The idea of contrasting how these small moments can both elevate and devastate the spirit resonates with the delicate balance of life's unpredictable nature.
